These are 3 trucks (2 different black ones) at my Dad's place that have been sitting for about 20 years or so. There are some "before" pics right before they were parked so you can see how they have deteriorated over the years

Corvette and wrecker worth some money........ The wrecker about $2,000 as is.

The Vette about $5,000 as is. And that Vette could be a '71 or '72? I think '73 bumpers had big rubber things added to them....... Not real sure however.

Now that I look it is a 72 based on the bumper and the little grille thing that was below it. 73 had a painted or hidden bumper, 72 was chrome like this.

Aside from a dented drivers side front end and broken side window it seems like I could drive it out of there if I got a battery and maybe some fluids. Only 40k on the clock.

The wrecker however is missing at least its driveshaft.

it's a 72 Corvette. It's gold color, if still factory, gives the car away as a special edition of the LT1 series. Also, the wheels are no from that year Corvette. They're sourced from a 1979 Corvette. These style wheels were also an option on the 79 Camaro Berlinetta.

both the Corvette and wrecker should be rescued. Immediately.

(my Corvette/Camaro information was sourced from "Chevrolet Chronicle" by the Auto Editors of Consumer Guide)

If seeing the motor or interior help determine if it is an LT1 here they are.

The cars inspection dates to 92 and it has an old yellow PA plate. From what I can tell this building closed as a factory in the 1970s and was used until 1994 as some sort of display company, doing carpentry work to make displays for stores, etc. So from the looks of it these two things have been sitting generally unmolested for almost 20 years now in the middle of Philadelphia.

And yes, they both need rescued immediately

Also, do you know what the wrecked body is? I am no ar expert but I want to say its a Dodge Power Wagon.

it's a 350 V8/4speed car. Aftermarket steering wheel, no power windows, 160 speedo. Interesting.

Interesting............ It's BONER inspiring..... $2500 to ship it anywhere in the lower 48. She could be a bargain?

Or a lifelong wallet draining bitch that will never be happy till you're broke and dead, just like her last owner?

She's just waiting for someone to step up.

As I recall those 70's Vettes were not well known for their reliability.

Not bein' a dick, someone could get her running on the cheap. Thats the way I'd have to do it........ But to do a real nice restore on her, someone could sink $10,000 into her very quickly. And probably still not be all the way finished.

And '72 vettes were still good cars........ it was '74 thru '89 that sucked dog balls. '53 thru '71 would be the Vette I'd like to have....... but that'll never happen.

The blue '66 mercury pickup is very rare. I'd love to have some parts off that to convert my ol' Ford, into a Merc truck.

I despise Corvettes, but still, what kind of an asshat fucktard decides they need to smash the windows on ANY car? It's so fucking stupid.

Even when I was a kid, I know if I came across something like that in an abandonment, the first thing I'd do is try to figure out a way to rescue it.
