I don't know how or why it had been working great never had a problem for 6+ months. Then yesterday I pull it out of my pocket in the basement of an abandoned church and get nothing. I've tried new batteries and I removed and cleaned the spring in the bottom, still nothing any suggestions or just try to send it back its probably a year old or more. Will they even cover it? Its been very well used and looks beat up but its never been it water or anything else bad.

I feel like I am in ...well... the great plains ;) Posted by willskith Unfortunately, due to overuse of tonemapping, photography was gradually ruined and now stands with halos.

On the MiNis, I've had trouble with dirt messing up things. Give the threads a good swipe (I use inside-out socks), then lube it up. If you have no joy, 4sevens can probably get you in touch with a local dealer for fast exchange.

Yeah, clean it all up properly, including the contacts on the inside, and see if that helps. I wonder the same thing about mine, in terms of warranty - would they look at the scratches and grime and shake their heads pityingly?

Ten years of normal use, accessories (clips, etc) limited to 1 year. They replaced parts on mine after my use & abuse.

Is there a way to look up local dealers? I hate sending stuff not that its very difficult on something so small I just never seem to find time to go to the post office. I looked on their website but couldn't find a way to do a dealer search

Shoot 'em an email (to the help thing) and they can tell you where it should ship.

Sucks that your light quit working. 4sevens will make it right. Just call or email them and they will take care of you.
