95-99 Cavalier sedan... seems to be in good shape.
we like J-bodies...

97 with a 2.2L, 125k or so on the odo, good lil car, not as punchy as my 00 galant with 2.4L & SRI. The cavalier, Cally as we call her, handles like a freaking gokart lol but thats a good thing in brooklyn

Forgot to mention, the car was sideswiped on the driver side by a snow plow before we bought her. It just adds to the character

2.2L OHV... good engine. I've had 9 Cavaliers over the years.

Nice 96 Outback! I have the exact same car, just in much worse shape and probably many more miles.

Nice!!! I'm getting close to 200k miles.

Now I feel like I need to put up some pictures of it.

Beautiful.

Nice! 2.2 or 2.5?

2.5L unfortunately. I had to replace the head gaskets at about 160k miles. I would way rather have the manual model, but I can't complain.

I'm a big fan of the WRX by the way.

3 spd, no OD, sucks on the highway, much rather have a 4spd. It did manage to get 37mpg on I95 recently which surprised me to say the least. I don't know how you guys made out, but we lost both our cars (01 taurus vulcan ohv & 88 nova) to that bitch sandy. I kind of like my mitsu though, a lot more pep than the nova

You still have a ways to go, I'm about to hit 310k sometime in the next couple weeks! Granted I do have a 2.2/5 speed so it's been a little easier and cheaper to get it there. I daily drive it to keep miles off the STI!

This isnt my first chevy, I know theyre built to take abuse. I had a 91 astro RWD (TBI not vortec) and that thing was built like a tank. Only real problem I ever had with it was the injectors clogging & causing the van to cut out on the highway going uphill lol. No matter what that van would always spin tires even fully loaded. I got her to chirp the tires straight through to 3rd.

My '96 Impreza Outback had 380,000 miles on it when I sold it. I think it's still going to this day (almost 3 years later).

Loved that thing.

This kura (storage barn) was built in Taisho 4 with the accompanying farm house in the middle of the Boso Hanto mountains:

Access is via a hand-cut stone tunnel a hundred years old:

It was vacated four years ago, and after exploring many such buildings and uploading them here, we decided to buy this one, and moved in yesterday (into the farmhouse, not the kura). Neko.
