this thread is just to post how you worked out today.


Well, I haven't yet. But I'm off to hit the Gym, Going to curls, military press and pull downs for my upper body. I have a fracture in my leg, so I cant train on my lower body for a few more weeks until the MO clears it. Then I'm going for a 6 mile jog in combat boots and with 35lb pack, and 6 mile bicycle ride after that for my cardio.

i actually took today off but tomorrow is triceps, my second favorite (back is my favorite day, i love deadlifting)

I like doing my cardio outdoors. But for muscle/mass, I need to be in a gym, with all the unpleasant guido's and whatnot.

I work out at a premier as well...I guess they're all the same! Guido's walking around with chains and obviously on the juice hard core.

not much for juicers at the ones i work out at. but i know rockwood mall is juiced pretty good.

ive gone back to the basics of strength for a couple weeks in an attempt to break through my platea. ive been stuck with the same weight for a couple months now, might have been over training a bit too.
so now this past week was the following.

mon.
squat, bench, deadlift, abs , back extentions
wed
squat, shoulder press, power cleans, rows
fri.
squat, bench, cable flies, deadlift, skull crushers

ive always had a week squat and this should help

I just did chin ups and push ups in full fighting order today. 20 sets of 10 chin ups, and 10 sets of 30 push ups.

(remember, I had 60 or so pounds of kit that also interferes with my movement while doing this, so its harder then it sounds/isn't as pussy as it sounds)
