No slagging on people or making fun of people who are slower/weaker/less endurance/whatever then you.

when i first started i was so nervous about asking questions.
ask away guys and gals because there shouldnt be any judgement. we are all here to help each other and be fit.
i cant really help cardio wise but strength training and supplementation i do know.

I can offer some advice on cardio, and also on supplements. Though I dont know everything, I think between the two members here, supplement questions should be well answered.
