| | | The problem is exploring-type places tend to be dirty, full of broken glass, bad traction, and rusting-through support, while parkour targets are clean, sticky, solid type buildings. I have made some nice jumps off a few roofs though, and ran up a few walls to get onto roofs (and then in). Mostly though, parkour helps me train my muscles to climb better, even when it's careful climbing, and to run faster, even when it's running away from security.
