Where exactly is this location?

The title says it all.

Oddly enough, the mayor of this town was the one that suggested I go photograph this place (we just happened to be in the same shop when he overheard me talking about photography). He said that there are gaps as far as what is known about this location, but that is was a speakeasy during the prohibition era.
