well i think i can steal a sign from work, it'd be no biggie, it's just on the outside wall upside down b/c there's only 1 screw holding it..

any location ideas for next time? perhaps some new drains?

hmmm maybe, also would we wanna try to get into that place next to corazon?

I dunno, that place looks pretty active, we could definitely get in, but I don't feel all that great about it.

If anything.. id rather just take pics of the place from the outside of the corazon abandonment thing..

As far as new drains go.. haven't really had a chance to find any new accessible outflows that lead to new drains. Mostly because it is no fun alone :[ I have a very good idea where some can be found though.


Edit: just realized that the meet-n-greet is this weekend.. I will be there and we will look for new drains.. maybe?

a few times now. It's a really cool drain, lots of old brickwork and cool calcium deposits. some good graffiti too.

but how far? Altaria and I managed to get to the 15th street marker labeled in there.

we went till we would have had to crawl, we where really tired of "backbreaking" and squatting at that point so we turned around.

great meet! although we did do ALOT of walking lol.

yeah, lol.. at least we saw a few interesting things a long the way

I just moved to Austin after living in SoCal for the past 9 years. I'm looking forward to doing some exploring here. I grew up in south austin but things have changed a lot since I've been gone.

None the less, it's nice to be somewhere new. I got pretty bored with the sights in OC and Los Angeles was always too far.

I would like to make the next meet. But if not, maybe I'll see some of you guys around.
