Not the whole station, it's the old Eglinton bus bays.
Am I the only one that noticed that the phone box says "GAI-TRONICS" ?!?!?! Baahahahaha

It's actually high on their list for sale (it may still be priority #1). However, commercial real estate transactions of that sort of magnitude don't happen overnight, especially "In these tough economic times" (ITTET). And they may also be waiting to design the Eglinton LRT connection to the station, which could potentially complicate that land further.
Rest assured, the site will be redeveloped, but you'll probably have to wait for the next boom to see it happen.

Pretty much. The TTC isn't so much selling the land under it (they have plans to build a new bus terminal there; the current one at Eglinton is only a temporary one), but selling the air rights over it so that it isn't a waste of prime real estate. Basically, they want to integrate it into a building much the same way the TTC and GO bus terminals at York Mills are integrated into a building.
