I just ordered the headlamp and a hatchet multitool.

Damn, 4 imprint is NICE. they even gave me a bag of cocoa to enjoy while i play with my new trinkets

Don't know if anybody has mentioned it but Harbor Freight almost continually had coupons for free flashlights the adds in the Sunday papers. I have a shoe box full of them.

Those die in interesting ways. My favorite is: The sticker on the battery rubs off so it shorts to the body tube, slowly killing one, two, or even all three batteries. Any of those make the light not work until you replace the batteries.

Make sure you bend the bulb gently so it's in focus. The Mini-Mag isn't bad for exploring, but make sure you have spare batteries in your pocket. The display case is pretty nice. Mine says SPIDER HILL in drippy letters, how about yours?

I just tried this as well. They sent me an email on Thursday asking for more info, I said it was landscaping and we were branching out into some renovations. I ordered a Mini Maglite, headlamp, and first aid kit. After my email, I haven't heard anything else.

Mine came in a few days ago. Big damned box for such a tiny headlight. I told em my company name was TunnelTec. I guess they bought it. I might try for a mag or a pack sometime in the future.

Wow...I know that I don't use my flashlight all the time but MAN that Nichia I ordered is a energy miser! It's still using the original 3 AAA that it came with back in 2009! Most batteries will run down inside a flashlight even when not in use, but not so with this one...I'm astounded...

Edit: Just checked them on a whim because old batteries tend to corrode as they age...nope! Still like new!

Damned site doesn't let you remove items you've requested. Math fail in my head...turns out my order was like thirty cents above fifteen bucks.

They're gonna find me out and send the feds. Worst off, no head lamp and no backpack.

Led's are different than traditional tungsten bulbs and won't begin to fade until 90% of the power has been depleted, also they tend to fail without much warning so carry spares.

Nice find! If i knew they had to "review my request" i would have put something more legit sounding than "Mark twain" as my company name. Oh well. Hopefully i wont have to send it back.
