Some found. Some remain as rumour, though there is a substantial body of evidence (physical tangible evidence as well as testimony) that they are there.

A connection to Michelle...?

I ran into an old friend recently. We got talking about cool stuff, which led to Victorian Tunnel Talk™. This girl is very calm, down to earth and honest. Years ago when she worked for a certain federally funded Victoria based entity; well there was a girl who also worked there who confessed that she had been subjected to Satanic rituals. She was severely traumatized and ended up leaving her husband and kids to go to U.S. for therapy. Will see this friend again, and will ask more.

So even though Michelle Remembers was debunked as fiction... this could have been part of the process of pretending certain things didn't happen. I'd guess that M R
is based on some solid truths and real events, but dramatized or changed for the book.

and back on topic.... strange people that run renaissance books in bastion square, i was told that the owner is in a satanic cult? correct me if im wrong but i just heard it from someone. anyone know what the sealed entrance out front of the store was for? coal chute? evil satanists tunnels where they hide their satanic submarine under the empress?

The submarine is yellow, Ringo runs the rudder, George is on periscope, Paul______ and John keeps the engine humming

How can you be so sure the book is such a high percent fiction content. I mean, even Ivory™ soap is only 99.44% pure...

Thanks for that; it's something I enjoyed exploring twice in my past, and those memories are enough. Welcome.

went to the goldmine, looks like someone have been trying to make their way into the vertical mine shaft, for anyone who has been there will know it is covered over with some old mining equipment, part if the cable mesh net has been broken apart, i brought a flashlight with me this time so i also now know theres water in the bottom, i have no clue how deep though, i have a few pictures ill upload later and post. anyone know of anyone being in the vertical mine shaft there?

(i know this is a bit off topic from tunnels in victoria but i didnt want to make a new thread cause im lazy)

Well, I'm not sure where that mine goes, but I think it could be kinda large. About two years ago my wife and I were camping at the Goldstream campsite. We decided to go and find the mine you have taken pictures of. At the very start of our trek we noticed a very cold breeze. Odd, since it was 30 degrees out with zero wind activity. We didn't know what was going on until we noticed a little hole among the rocks on the side of the trail. It was spewing out very cold air. Maybe it was a vent from a mine below....? Whatever it was, it was a long ways away from the actual mine/entrance.

There should be maps of the mine, not sure where to dig them out from, try BC Archives first, would be my guess. (if you are serious about finding how much there is underground)

There _should_ be good maps, but beware, as to how good is always a open question. Deaths have resulted from poor underground maps...

Abandoned mines, mysterious drafts gushing forth from etc...you people are crazy. CRAZY. Read Crockford's account of his mining adventure.

Quite possible. Perhaps He rolled the stone away, took a look around, and then went back inside.

The Ralph claim (active from 1897-1901) has 2 shafts and 2 adits, http://minfile.gov...minfilno=092B++014 and the other site along the "Goldmine Trail" is not in the minfile db but it pre-dates the Ralph claim and is a single shaft and adit.

It was at the very beginning of the trail. Maybe it was about 50 - 100 meters from the campsites. Wish I could give a better description, but my memory of it is fading. Too many drinking binges and drunken head injuries between then and now. And yes, I too saw Jesus emerge from the tunnel.

I recently ran into an old high school friend of mine who was laid off the former "fur trading" rehabilitation project. He told me during the renovations a large tunnel was exposed in the basement which at one time connected the basement to the former docks and warehouses on Wharf St. My friend told me the tunnel could be traversed a fair
distance before encountering a bricked off area. Some old tools and light fixtures were present. Although the basement access has been filled in again I thought it was an interesting snap shot of what was.

LORD RICK ALERT! Someone get him investigating this right away!

I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was. Now what I'm with isn't it, and what's it seems weird and scary to me, and it'll happen to you, too!
