From what I've seen, they're going forward with the plan to turn it into condos. They've put a small amount of effort into sealing it off, and as of late January, have removed most if not all the stuff on the back of the building, including the fallen elevator. Unsure of the condition of the inside, as workers on the property have deterred my scout.
