I went exploring an abandoned mining town, originally completed in the late 1920s this place was first made to act as a drainage line for a nearby mine, but after some mistakes in construction leading to it not being able to do that, it was used as a mine in its own right. The mine was never very successful and ended up closing in the 1930s and having some sporadic use here and there beyond then. A good amount of the equipment to the place was removed some time between the 1930s and 1970s such as a Straub Mill and three diesel generators.
