I'd had my eyes set on this big warehouse for a while, the entire building was covered in these cyan-sash windows, and the property was extensive.
The warehouse delt with upkeep of large vehicles, and was very spacious, the size of it reminded me of this one
https://www.uer.ca...urrpage=1&pp#post0 that got renovated.
Today it's being gutted; the place was empty. The EPA decided to handle this clean up due to the high amounts of exposed asbestos.
This looks to be some kind of painting machine; there was a big ventilation pipe coming out of the top.
One thing that annoyed me was the beige paint that was used over the windows, it's horrendous.
I'm glad the place wasn't disused before the scrappers could get to it, the whole building's steel. Here by the loading bay you can see more of that asbestos.
By the time we were through with this place it was high noon, scorching hot, dry. I only regret not climbing to the roof, the ladder was right there.
Eventually the site made it onto the demolition priority list, and I don't expect the ruins to last into the near future.
