I'd stop by a shuttered warehouse, the building was hard to get into, as all the ways had been welded shut
The first floors were completely bricked over, making them pitch black. This place was filled with these plastic strip doors as well, very ominous.
Looking into the foundry ahead
This room was more wide-open, easy to walk around; it was also filled with huge, steel, cylinders.
As you can see someone had set fire to the first floor of the foundry, which had partially collapsed over time. The chemical totes had even melted in the blaze, leaving behind skeleton-containers.
A bottle capping machine
All these barrels were pretty much empty, but they were everywhere; this place had hundreds of drums, totes, stacked in almost every nook.
Ancient cement mixer, and a trailer thing that looks like a big grill
If you zoom in you can get a this amazing shot here:
Detroit was suffering from wildfire haziness, so downtown wasn't as crystal-clear as usual.
