Hello, so today I plan on going to a location in my town with one of my friends, but when I went to look at the real estate posting online, there were new pictures with the watermark of “RMLSA” on it and said the website was last updated just about an hour ago today. I instantly thought that someone had been there recently, but I wasn’t sure and wanted to double check because I don’t want to get caught if someone was still there from this morning or something. Does anyone have any ideas or information about this?

Most times if a realtor or city inspector has shown/looked at the house they leave a card so that the owner/tenant knows they've been there.
