Yesterday exploration. This place was a recyclable scrap warehouse in Greece. In 2020, suspiciously, many similar companies caught fire, caused pollution and put citizens in danger. Here is the news link for google translation if you are interested https://tvxs.gr/ne...-teleytaioys-mines. A hypothesis is that due to the price reduction of recyclable materials they set their companies on fire to obtain insurance money.

The fire caused the building to partially collapse, as 4 months before the incident the building was still standing according to google maps.

I love shots 2, 4, and 5. Do you think the fires were some sort of insurance scam?

I just shot a building that looked exactly like this inside. It was an old kitchen and services building for a rural juvenile hall camp that was used as a control burn for a few years. Fun to shoot
