Hello,

Looking for advice on lens choice, I don't really want to be changing lens in an abandon. So I am trying to decide between my wide angle 10-20mm f4.5 or my 35mm f1.8. I 'am more inclined to go with the 35mm for low light but then again wide angle is wide angle.

What have others tried and what has worked or not?

Thanks

Gotta bring both.

Both are excellent focal length options. But you'll want both.

It depends entirely on what you want to shoot, as both lenses cater for different styles of photography.

Thanks,
Any ideas on changing lens without risking dust getting on the sensor? (fast I guess)

Planning on shooting hallways, lobby, and large open pool area. The rooms are a bit tight and have been mostly stripped out, I believe.

Cheers

Just do it fast, there's no real 'safe' way to do it somewhere like that. A wide angle sounds like the best bet overall.

I change lenses all the time and shoot with primes. 18mm, 35mm, and 85mm. Never had much of an issue with dust, and I keep a little hand-squeezed dust blower with me just in case. It all depends on what you do, I suppose, and how much dust you are around.
