Hey Los Angeles crew.

Just a heads up- The transients and homeless in the LA / Hollywood / DTLA area are getting very very bold/aggressive.

Today I broke my usual rule about avoiding explores in the city....
I went to check out a couple spots that have been on the radar near the 101 and came across squatters. In the past its usually been a case of "I'll mind my business if you mind yours" and I can explore in peace, respectfully.

Today it was way different. They approached me and surrounded me while I was trying to walk out. Luckily I was able to convince them I wasn't worth the engagement.

Drug use is high (no pun!) and many, many of the transients are out of jail being deemed "low risk" but are mentally unstable.

Be extra extra cautious, travel in pairs, and do not take for granted a spot is empty.

Always trust your instincts.... if you've made rules for yourself about places you won't go just ask yourself the risk/reward benefit
