Despite appearances, this place is indeed vacant. I've been unable to find an exact closing date, but stepping into the building was like stepping into a time capsule from 1995. The functional heating system and its proximity to the active institution which owns it doubtless helped its preservation, limiting the perceptible decay to a few cracks in the walls, a few fallen ceiling tiles, and crunchy carpets which hadn't been walked on in years. Light from the many large windows has bleached the colors from the books, VHS tapes, furniture and benign paintings decorating the walls. These windows also forced me to stay low, out of the view of dog walkers and volunteers from the nearby buildings.

hot damn that place looks tip top! I wonder if the school was maintaining it in hopes of selling/reusing it? Look at the size of that mixer, goddam! Bridgeport Mega Mixer 2000, probably puts out 20hp
