The remnants of Peckville Mill are located at 5130 Peckville Road (Formerly Frank Sawner's Property). Park at the Peckville Road Bridge that crosses over the Oriskany creek. Walk west across the bridge and look to the right. You will see the stone/brick entrance to the cave in the ditch. You will need rubber boots and a good flashlight to explore the tunnel. The water in the tunnel may get 12-18 inches deep. The entrance is over 10 feet tall and the exit is about 4 feet high. Near the exit you will see a rock/stone wall that is one foot by 20 feet by 10 feet. You will also find old metal in the area and gears? as you exit, head towards the pond to the east. There is a little trail that heads south. You can find more metal here. There are bricks in the ground near the iron rod that is coming out of the ground. This is the 25x25 feet foundation of the old mill building.
