I'm just back at work after a week in bed with this flu asshole.
Still exhausted and sluggish, stomach still jacked up. I hates it.
That shit will be with you all this week... rest as much as you can.
It was close to a month until I had all my cardio endurance back.
With me the cough and nose weren't that bad at all but it was a real little drawn out weird bitch.
Don't push it too hard as you don't want any serious complications...
Imodium and eat light; let your gut heal.
No milk. Try to avoid using NSAIDs.
First 2 days I forgot about eating and mostly slept.
May have hit your GI tract harder than me though; this shit is weird, incapacitating and painful.
In general for long term GI hell brown rice, bananas and gatorade 50-50 with water will keep you alive when nothing else will stay down... just saying.
Nicotine helps too if you're partial to it.
