	I didn't get out as much as I'd like in 2019, but still managed to get a few road trips in and knock a couple locations off of the bucket list. These are in no particular order, and not all of them are abandoned. I work in theaters for a living. These are really cool; some of them look familiar.

A lot of the design elements from these actually came from catalogs, and some architects designed hundreds of theaters using the same basic plan. That could be why.

It opened in the late 1800s as an opera house, and was eventually renovated into a movie theater. The ceiling is from the opera house days.

I'm a quality over quantity guy, so while I'm fortunate for the number of buildings we got to see i'm also super jealous of most of these. A handful of them we've attempted and failed with ourselves. We tried to get the manager of the store beneath #5 to let us upstairs and she politely told us she couldn't. I'm so glad you made it happen.

Ha, That one took a few favors to make happen. Apparently they let pretty much anyone who asked up when they were building the store back in 2016.
