I like concrete. It’s either already collapsed or perfectly safe

Depends on the state.

Most states allow for "citizen's arrest" for a misdemeanor committed in their presence (like trespassing) or a felony committed elsewhere.

It really depends on who the guard is and what their employer wants them to do.

Like Radio2600 said, it depends on the state in the US.

I don't live in Canada, but I'm pretty sure it's allowed there too.

What can they do to you?

In Texas they can shoot you. As an agent of the property owner a commissioned security officer can use deadly force to protect their clients property such as banks and armored transport, even in cases where state or municipal police will not. Not going to find many of them in a bando while UERing though!

In Iowa? I suggest you Google Iowa Penal Codes. That is a pretty liberal state almost as liberal as Canada. I doubt they can even scold you or taunt you with mean names in Iowa LOL

Only if you don't run or can't run fast enough...

Those dumb ass door guards like at Walmart can not stop you or impend your egress in any way.
I never stop for them and if they try to step in front of me or touch my stuff it's let's fuck with their mind and livelihood time.

State laws and security company policies dictate what they can and cannot do. I believe it would also depend on the owner of the property in how they would want to handle trespassers. Verbal instructions could be issued by them to a trespasser, and it would be the trespasser who would make the call if they decide to comply with verbal orders and stay or just leave. There would also need to be reasonable cause for the detention, as if anyone witnessed a felony take place (such as a murder) a citizen can perform a citizen's arrest on the suspect. It does however become a grey area even with probable cause to detain said person, company policies and SOPS may say otherwise.

When police perimeter you in, impound your car... that doesn't work!!!
All it's takes is an inept 13 yo cunt calling police telling them your tripod is a rifle and you walked into the treeline.
Perfect day...

Rule #1 people are trouble
