I just refound an inspiration for me back in the day. I was never quite sure if the guy was a genius or crazy. I had a real love for the way he presented his film photos and made stories up for things left behind. Still an interesting view/read to me.

"I have stumbled across an incredible discovery out in the California desert. If I tell you in words they will run through your head like shit through a tin horn. So I must tell you in pictures. I have discovered an unknown, underground prehistoric religion that still practices spectacularly and openly on public lands with nobody the wiser...."

Man that was kooky! I wonder if there's anything to what that guy is saying. If there really are indians leaving stuff on the side of the road as an offering to the underworld, surely they would have spoken on the matter at some point.

This site is amazing! Makes me want to pick up a film camera and stitch panoramas together by hand.

I love the satirical tone throughout the website. Or maybe its a metaphor? Makes me really ponder what draws me to decay and ruins.

Prophetic.

Speaks volumes about our modern culture, someday when they dig us up we will be the ancient ones.

If Edward Abbey were into photography, urbex and web design, I imagine this is what he'd come up with.

Really cool work of modern art, in many ways. Thanks for sharing!
