have any urbexers in NorCal explored the former Suber House area in Davis, CA? I stopped by this afternoon and was really creeped out. There's something unsettling about it...I saw bloodstains on the walls and red letters so I high tailed out of there before really poking around. Has anyone else been there, or at least does anyone have info about the location? It looks like it was shut down in the late '90s as the last research paper published mentioning the lab facilties was in 1997 and I contacted the UC Davis library but the researchers can't find any records of the buildings. I was able to dig up that it was a Reproductive Biology research facility but that's it. I'll probably post photos later after I've reviewed them.

Looks like the OP was a one-hit wonder. Too bad, I would have liked to have seen the pics as well!
I'll be headed out that way in about a month or so.

Obviously CIA or the FBI got him before he had time to post them.

Sorry to bump this old thread but I did go to this location recently. The blood letters are probably not actually blood but I dunno what it's for regardless.

The rest of the area is really cool but the main house is really hard to get into now. I got into the main building in 2015 when it was easier to break in and it was quite a creepy place. There were hundreds of files about monkey semen viscosity scattered throughout the building, broken glass everywhere, taco bell drink cups from the 90s and I swear I found a spooky doll in the basement but I can't find those old photos
