The location looks to be in fairly decent condition - particularly in your second photo post. It looks like there's still electricity (pic #3 and last pic), or is that just the reflection of your flash?

The site still has quite a bit of active power (with most buildings still having at least partial power), though the instance in pic #3 is a result of me not mitigating exposure properly. It is a bit odd that power is still on given that some of the buildings have a considerable amount of flooding.
