This place is pretty cool. I try go here at least once a year. I love the trail its on and I love to see how it changes. Also amazing waterfalls near by. Really interesting place. Still just a shell but you can imagine it being a thriving workplace from days gone by

Despite the empty shell.... This place looks just awesome - thanks for the tour!

Give abandonment a reason for its sacrificial reclamation to nature. Love it. Remember it. Take a picture. Share it. Leave the decay to nature.

That building be a bitch in a flood though.
Might have been what did it in.

That's true I never thought of that. That place would be screwed in a flood!

A flood is what put the Sunoco Paper Mill out of business after close to a hundred years of operation.
The steam plant was destroyed.
Depending on the area, cataclysmic floods may happen only every 60 years or so. After a generation people tend to forget until it happens to them.
I hear people on flood plains after losing their house say things like 'The last flood was over 60 years ago.' duh.

We must be careful about what we pretend to be.
