This site is a bit of an enigma to me: a modern Volkswagen golf, 2019 license plate, among rusting beauties from another age (the 50s, judging from the license plates).
Nearby were two ancient RVs, filled with the residues of past lives.
I found these and have no idea what they are–so I took a picture.
A fishing pole, marine first aid kit, and fishing-themed cards points to fishermen.
The nearby pool were full of real mosquitofish.
The clubhouse, complete with changing rooms.
And swings children once frolicked upon.
Bonus: rabbits, peacock, lizards and snakes! Here is a sharp-tailed snake.
Sadly, the whole place seems to be getting developed. The cars pictured are now covered with white sheets (credits to my friend to those photos). We saw fresh footprints while there. It was beautiful to see the fallen glory of the what once was the center of a community.
