	Apparently this place used to be the HQ for a foster care org here in Perth. Lovely building, around 100 years old. Vandals had been getting busy, but weirdly, the electricity was still on and the lawns had been mowed very recently. Cracker of a spot for a cold beer I reckon. The windows were open throughout and the wind was blowing all the blinds around, making us think we weren't alone. Signs of squatters. Very recently mowed lawns? OK... HEEEEERE'S JOHNNY!

The spots usually get over exposed and destroyed really quick in Perth, but this one has survived so far without too much damage. Maybe the beach views calm the vandals down?

Usually the case here too. This one's in a weird spot and there appears to be a caretaker keeping a lazy eye on the place.
