It was my 2nd urbex, and although it was mostly empty, it was interesting to see that the basement is pretty old, but the top floor were the former location of a new startup (with some nice graphs).
This place is located along the canal lachine for those for wants to try to find it

Here are some pictures, although I didn't take lots of time to take them, so they are not very nice.

Those were fine pictures, and I liked the first one a lot! Don't give the location though, even if they're just clues. The basement looks pretty cool too.

Thanks !!

However, it's something I kind of disagree with the urbex community. I understand we have to protect the locations but I find people sometimes too protective. People that just want to go there and graph or destroy the place or whatever, are not gonna spend time looking for those places, so giving some clues (like the neighborhood it is located) is not a bad thing. It allows the people that REALLY want to go there to reduce their search, and at the same times we're not giving away the location.

Ditto. But the ones that still show are cool! Graffiti makes me angry, but far less so when the graffer is clearly a talented artist....

Yes, it's because I created a new flickr account for my urbex pictures, but unfortunately I can't edit the post to update the links.

Here is the link to my new account:

Here I think the graffiti have been made by an artist for the startup that was in the building before, more like a command.

I was thinking that too. It looks to not-graffiti and lacks the same feeling given by real stuff. I would guess that it had to do with a super hero theme of the startup. You have some really cool pics on your Flickr, you should post some!
