So first off this will be my first post on here! I have been doing Urbex Photography/ films around the world for about 10 years now, and really look forward to sharing some of the cool places I have found with you all!
As I cannot see the full database yet I am unsure if this location has been explored prior but I will give you a bit of history.
This site used to be the home of a Drill making company from 1910. They used the location up until recently for storage of tons of random junk, and I believe they have now sold the property to be developed, or are in the process of doing so now. I was lucky enough to collect a vast amount of photos going to the location maybe 6-7 times about a year ago before they began the remodel. I am not sure how much still remains as it is pictured below.
To my knowledge this was the last extremely vast Semi-abandoned warehouse in Denver. It was a truly historic building to see, and with very minimal damage/vandalism if any. It consisted of 6-7 Enormous warehouses, and even had a tunnel entrance with old steam pipes still inside. The tunnel ran for a long time, and I never explored it fully. Anyways, I look forward to being a part of the UER community and getting out there and taking more photos!
