Well...it does need a good cleaning!

Had an interesting experience with the workers here. They walked in while we were exploring and told us to leave, but they didn't accompany us out. We tried to leave the way we came in and that ended up being freshly sealed up... So we just kept exploring for another two hours. When we were done we just walked out the front entrance past the workers who were putting up fresh boards.

Fun side note, even the politicians and the media know a certain breed of explorers ruin it for the rest of us: "Milwaukee Alderwoman Chantia Lewis noted trespassing, vandalism and theft had been on the rise since December 2017 -- when a YouTube star filmed a video inside the vacant building."

Forgot I made this thread and was surprised when I just logged back on lol. But I read up about the order to Raze it and I think the company that owns it appealed that order so it may be around a bit longer?? But as another user said it’ll probably be gone by the end of summer. As for POE’s they did board up a lot of them, they welded bars in all the food court windows too. We went exploring a couple days ago though and did find another POE so hopefully that stays accessible until some idiots get caught trying to get into the mall. There’s definitely a bigger LE presence too, but going during the day on the weekends seems to be the best times to avoid some trouble. At least we got to explore this relic before it’s gone, got a bunch of dope pics too!

Owner's now say they will begin work this year, and reopen the mall in 2021. BWAHHHAAAHAHAAAAA!!! I doubt this will happen. Something tells me the Chinese owners have never even seen the property, and have no clue of the condition it is in....
