I don't know a whole lot about architecture and whatnot, but it surely predates the Art Deco style of the 30s (and of course you've said it was built in '24). The woodwork and pastel paint job is pretty sweet; love the numbers above the closets. Thanks for sharing, these are great pics!

I'm really good at never taking pictures of things I should. I literally lived the first 20 something years of my life half of a mile from here. I think these are my only exterior shots, all from about 10 years ago.
The first three are in infrared. But totally not Art Deco style, typical coastal new england stuff here, basically this is just a variation of colonial revival. This area of Massachusetts still builds in the colonial style today. Even police stations and modern town halls end up being either colonial or very similar. Just glad brutalism style stayed about 18 miles north in Boston haha. You ever seen Boston City Hall? Worst building in the world.
