The first photo is from a location that suffered a fire last night. This is the last beautiful tub left in this section of the building. The damage was isolated to one section of the building but it took firefighters 5 hours. I hope no body was inside. I know there was someone sleeping in the exact area a month ago. I was supposed to visit Sunday but Im sure security will be stepped up. Anyway This place has been so much fun over the years....and I am sad this morning

And of course...my selfie

This old house featured an old chest that we played with for years.....My self and others took many selfies here. The chest has disintegrated now.... nothing but some pieces of rust and a little rubble, but the house still stands

As always, beautiful pictures, your captures are one of a kind! Thank you for leaving us with a smile in light of this unfortunate occurrence.
Thank you also for informing us of this news. I would like to report (hopefully correctly) that so far there have been no casualties found, or injuries in battling the blaze as of yet.
Indeed, this is sad news, what fortune there is, is that it wasn't a total loss; for the site, or in lives.

Ohhh .... you are a very kind and warm-hearted person!!!! I am also very relieved to hear of no casualties. I’ve seen a lot of comments on social media in regards to the developer maybe starting this fire but I have no doubt that if the developer wanted to start a fire there are better places to start it in the building where it could do a lot more damage before being discovered.

Thank you, you're very kind to say so! The last update I saw was '3 hours ago', so I'm hoping that means nobody was found, because nobody was there (to find).
That theory doesn't sound quite right to me either. Not sure how cold it's been there, but I guess it could've been a squatter who set a small fire for warmth (we had a similar happening up here last year with a rather known site; also no casualties), or maybe just disrespectful wannabe explorers...hard to say for sure.
