Have you ever walk into something so strange it was hard to put into words? (Picture not mine, just perhaps a example, the actual picture shows nothing by the way)

On my first exploation, me and my pals had returned back to our vehicle mid way seeing a guy trying to break in, until we honked the horn from my friends keys and whatched the guy fall back on his butt and run off!

Not super strange, really, but one day we ran into a bunch of kids playing airsoft in an abandoned mill, improper safetywear and everything.

I stormed up on them and yelled at them like I was their dad.

This wasn't technically inside an explore but it happened just outside the boundary fence right afterwards so kind of counts I guess.

Years ago (almost, actually, nine years to the day to be exact) myself and a group of explorers I had just met that day had just exited through the hilariously bad wooden fence that surrounded part of West Park Asylum which everyone entered through and were walking the short walk down the road to the car park in the nature reserve which, again, everyone used. We'd just crossed the road and a police car came past, slowed right down next to us then carried on, turning into the car park. So naturally we thought oh crap they know we've been in there etc we might get a bit of a talking to so entered the car park with a bit of trepidation.

We saw the police car parked off to one side, empty, and saw the officer standing at the edge of the tree line obviously looking for something so we breathed a little sigh of relief. We got back to our car and were having a casual chat and something to eat when the officer got back into his car and left. Maybe a minute after that happened a sudden commotion began in the woods behind us and a man came running full speed out of the woods wearing nothing but a red lacy vest top and red lingerie, he dived into his car and blasted out of the car park faster than we had time to think.

Once he'd gone we all burst into hysterics, the police had obviously been looking for him, and whilst we all had loads of camera gear on us not one of us got any part of it on camera!

A few years back my friend and I were up in Ouray exploring an abandoned mining complex, there were several tunnels and audits all of which were in severe decay. We had hiked nearly five miles up the mountain to reach this site so we were pretty well isolated from the rest of the world. Due to the state of the crumbling mine shafts we had to squeeze through a small hole (probably 3ft around) to get inside the main tunnel, and once inside it opened up and snaked into the mountain about a mile or so.

Upon reaching what I would assume to be the final stretch of tunnel my friend and I were stopped dead in our tracks. Up ahead in the light from our flashlights there was something standing in the tunnel, a tall, pale skinned humanoid thing completely butt-naked and without any real definable features. (And no I'm not making this up, It's not just some UE ghost story I swear this actually happened) So naturally we were paralyzed and just stood there staring at it. Luckily for us whatever the heck it was had its back turned towards us and after what seemed to be an eternity walked away down the tunnel in the opposite direction.

Long story short we got the hell out of there and I have never returned!

Drug deals, chop shops with full sized generators brought in, scrappers with heavy machinery, an exploring paramedic, a security guard squatting to pee, hobos in various states of hoboness (the one who was brandishing a metal pipe and offering a tour was a good one), list goes on.

Opps...sorry, sometimes I just like to wander around underground in the nude.

It was extremely chilly down in those tunnels so it's amazing that tunnel guy didn't freeze to death.

Bring a jacket next time!

Wasn't it member, cdevon that came across low/no budget, spiderman porn being filmed. I really hope I didn't imagine that on my own.

One day I was walking through a lightly wooded spot in a heavily suburban area. It's a pretty small but isolated location down in a little ravine. People often go there to hang out and do some marginally illegal things, but never anything too serious. I came out of the brush onto a paved path and saw, not 30 feet ahead of me, two people bent over a railing at the bottom of a flight of stairs. They were fully clothed, but grunting and groaning. I got out of there fast, I really wasn't sure what to do. These people were getting freaky no more than 20 feet from a heavily trafficked path in a very popular park. It's not even like they were in the bushes, they were on a flight of stairs, in the middle of the day, in the open for all to see. Certainly never expected to see that happen in my area.

No, no, I'm pretty sure I remember that too. Not sure if it was spiderman porn specifically, but I remember someone talking about finding a low budget porn setup of some sort.

"Sorry, I didn't know I'm not supposed to be here," he said, knowing full well he wasn't supposed to be there.

We need clarification on this, preferably with picture links...

I remember the porn thing vividly. It wasn't just Spiderman but also Superman, Batman, Robin...

Can't remember if it was a post here or something someone linked that was from elsewhere. It was scarring anyway.

It's possible my brain may have integrated his post with some reddit post of the same subject matter into only one horrible memory.
Thanks Steed and Aran for having my back.

A couple getting it on in the middle of the main floor of an abandoned resin factory. They startled me, I startled them and everyone continued on with their hobbies.

Also a hobo with a working BBQ in a convent grilling up some meats.

While exploring an old place with a bunch of concrete forms at night (not sure exactly what the place used to be):

Was walking up to one of the forms, heard some rustling from inside, so I paused, and some guy jumps out completely naked and takes off running. I didn't bother following him. Still not sure what the hell he was doing, nor do I want to know.

One time my friend and I were exploring a abandoned community hall that we had driven past a few times! Downstairs was pretty average, just your normal abandoned building. We headed upstairs to see if we could find anything more interesting.

Upstairs we found to, fairly new, mattresses on the ground. A bunch of folded clothes and some, what looked like, construction safety equipment (hard hat, utility belt etc). And last but not least there was a giant rock of cocaine or something of that nature sitting in the middle of a little table with a bunch of little baggies around it.

Some squatters had definitely been living up there and we were just lucky no one was home.

Ran into a couple of teens hiding in an abandoned building smoking some weed. They watched us descend a rickety old ladder and then informed us that it "was nice to see people our age out exploring".

You know you're getting old when.....

Friends and I were just walking out of a huge abandoned building when we were approached by a man, (we live near the border of mexico) and he offered to sell us "bricks and papers" which means he wanted to sell us bricks of cocaine, and citizenship papers. We politely declined although some of my friends aren't U.S. citizens. Those friends were also scared of going in the building in the first place so they were armed with bb guns, and luckily they weren't in sight when he approached us.

Edit: I'm never taking those guys with me exploring ever again.
