I've done lately lot of searching with Finnish map site and of course, Google too. So it was time for few "these could be" locations far away at countryside. Immediately first one were abandoned one, but closed, so no photos from there. At this point I did start to think that... hmm, I'm pretty close to that abandoned power plant, where I should anyway return sooner or later so... from the side of my plans, I did get there.
And I'm kind of glad that I did, even at same time it feels damned sad. That place have been so nice. Small river flowing as rapids maybe 300 meters from lake to that abandoned power plant. Really beautiful scenery... but not anymore. Two one car roads were built over that river and one of those straight to yard of that power plant.
There were also one local woman walking, she did tell that someone have buy those lands around that river and it looks like they will build some summer cottages there, so goodbye to that place. And obviously it looks like that power plant will be demolished too - hard to see why they would save it because it is in so bad condition. I just hope that they will be wise enough to save at least that control panel which really is amazing with even all glasses unbroken!

So that's it, for forever I sadly suppose. From there I did return to checking those "might be" locations. I did find one or two, that I will have to check at some point better. But at same time my way did take me on small road that goes through the yard of one abandoned house... and there are some vehicles too. Drive few times through it but never stop. Now I did force myself to do so... and I'm glad that I did. In my opinion there were quite photographical stuff.

And today's off-topic-bonus-madness-photo is something about our collection and saturday night's "I would like to photograph something" mood. I just love those Bleeding Edge figure's, they are so well detailed (and easy to photograph - they don't have that "these photos are shit, I look so fat and ugly" thing).
The End. Here. Right now. Until next time.
