Heyoooo,

I've got some friends down in Southern AB that are versed in the ways of infiltration and the like. Hopefully they'll start to lurk/post here in the coming weeks / months.

Let this serve as the start of our 2018 rally, taking aim at Crowsnest, Lethbridge and Medicine Hat. Small towns in the area will likely have some fruitful areas, as well as towns further south like Cardston.

Discuss.

If you aren't meeting up with total strangers to commit petty crimes and make bad jokes for a good 18hrs straight, what are you doing?

Actually though.. we're flexible, and we'd rather shuffle some things to be sure you can attend! Having not met most/all of the current other AB crew, we'll do whatever we can to have you out!

In the past, Sundays have worked best for everyone. We could attempt a weekend.. maybe head West on Saturday, stay in Leth that night, then do East on Sunday?

2 days can be tough to schedule - not that I'm not open to it. Haha

I'll eventually add a poll to this post once we get a lil' closer to the date and have some ideas in order. Also waiting for my friend bandabearos to make an appearance and get comfortable on the site.

Likely looking at July / August for good weather. Pre-june is tricky, though it might be nice to hit some things sooner.. Then again, Nicknolte, bandabearos and I need some time to assemble things.

Any thoughts on dates yet or still too soon?

I'm thinking I may add a day or two on and head into Southern Sask. for a few days once we're done.

preferably if this could happen for just one day and closer to edmonton would be best for me, and like i said id need a concrete date and even then it would be hard since they only allocate 4 personal day slote for each day of the year and its seniority based. so id be shaky at best. id be completely down its just i cannot commit a for sure yes

The Edmonton folks meet up on a semi-regular basis; unfortunately this particular meet has been slated for Southern AB. We've done Calgary and Edmonton the past two years, so it's time we headed a little closer to 'Murica.

I have footage of the Charles Camsell as well as the High River million dollar evac'd neighborhood. They are not uploaded anywhere.

I would like to explore more places and invest much energy more into this hobby. I am reaching out to the community with people who are more experienced since I seem to be getting nowhere.
