| | | [Picture Heavy] This warehouse is definitely for me one of the biggest attractions around in my area. This is the third run where we actually made it inside. 4 other times we've either been chased out or stopped by the police. Out of all the buildings I've hit this is easily one of my favorites, hope you enjoy the pictures! (As a side note, I'm shooting with flash, which I still haven't gotten down all too well.) I definitely do, there were two encounters that stand out above all. There was one time when we were caught outside the building, a guy from the truck station down the road pulled in and shined the beam down the alley we were crouched in. We waited in a small indent out of sight, but we waited for 15 minutes. We decided that he was probably calling the police so we decided to find a way out (It was 4AM). We ran for the fence and found a hole in it where we squeezed through, once we left we found a back trail that let out into a culdesac. We ran all the way around three blocks and we saw the truck circled the block with the building. That was probably the worst encounter there. The 2nd one was when we went on top of the roof. It's odd because they have a ton of giant shipping container like dividers on the top. We walked up next to one of the shipping containers. We hushed for a second and heard talking on the other side of one of the containers. (It was 2AM here also) That was pretty terrifying as the building is in a pretty bad place. But those are my two big encounters. We had one run-in with the police, in which I pulled out my bag and showed him I was just taking pictures. I hadn't entered too far into the property. He was pretty calm and just told me it's dangerous and not to go in.

Yikes, That first story sounds incredibly stressful but I don't think you could have reacted any better given the situation. I assume once you heard those voices you bailed out of there, haha! That police officer sounded quite relaxed as well. Thank you for sharing your experiences! I love hearing about other people's security stories.
