This two-story stucco building was originally a house, constructed in 1913. In 1967, the yard was paved, so this was presumably when it ceased being a residence. An office-type area was added on to the front in 1975. In 2005, the building became a preschool/day care center with a capacity of 39 children, internet reviews of which were mostly negative. The preschool closed in 2017 and the structure was purchased by the business next door where I believe they intend to build a warehouse. The building was recently razed. These pictures were taken a few months ago but I was holding onto them until the building was demolished. Also, I was in a hurry so I apologize for the quality not being the greatest.

I feel like I can imagine what the reviews were saying simply by looking at these pictures. Interesting.

Wow yeah, this is interesting. I cant imagine it looked much like a typical abandonment from the outside, cool that you got to check it out before it came down. Always neat to find a place with running lights (and no alarms) too. No squatters in there

Unfortunately, the only outside shots I have of it are pretty crappy. It looked pretty much like a typical two-story stucco house with a little rectangular office added onto the front. It was a little run-down but didn't look too bad. No broken windows, graffiti, obvious damage, etc.

Gotcha. Then it was definitely a good find
