My so called “you did make that work period present” (Sigma EOS 10-20mm lens, used of course) is good reason to go around all places again. Here are first results. First I did return at Saturday to that place with old Essex. So here we go with that…

That Little Red House:

Entering to the Past:

Once It Was a Home:

Last Coffee:

All Those Little Things:

Last Cup:

Book of Life:

Last Time (invitation to our father’s funeral – after that there will be small memorial service at his house):

Slow Death of Place That Once Were Called Home:

This Cold Oblivion:

You Never Know:

Once Upon a Time:

That Old Essex:

And then it was first Monday without work, obviously time to get somewhere. First I did get to that abandoned hippodrome, but day was way too dark to really photograph there. After that disappointment I did return to this villa, even I did think that there have been too short time since my last visit there. But hey, with new and wide lens…

And I’ll think it was worth it. Whole place is so amazing and knowing that history with famous finish artist from early 1900s… it’s always so fascinating. But best were still to come. Day still were very grey and dark, but when I already was thinking leaving… light did born for a few while. You can believe that I did feel myself extremely happy and also lucky that I were there in those very moments.

Birch and Villa:

Snowless December Noon:

That Amazing Place, That Amazing Space:

Dying Roses:

Death of Love:

Art Ain’t Dead There:

Kitchen Colours:

Silence in Second Floor:

Years Have Sharp Teeths:

To Wake Up With Your Lover:

Surreal Reality:

Forever Cold:

And Then… Light Was Born:

Soft Sunlight, Blue Shadows:

- - - - -

And then there is only on thing left to show… and it is strongest sign of madness; traditional off-topic-bonus-picture! This comes my second last work week, when I was suffering so hard tooth ache that I did get to days off from work. Luckily it did create this winter’s first blizzard then… so I did get into my Paradise. This comes from there:

That’s everything at this time... next set is already waiting (yeah, this is madness again).

Aww yes, you of all people really are gonna get some good mileage out of such a wide lens.

You had me with the exteriors, but really sold it with "Once It Was a Home", " That Old Essex", " Dying Roses", " Silence in Second Floor", " Surreal Reality". Beautiful set.

That Little Red House is a Lovely capture and a great start to this very appealing set. Birch and Villa is Gorgeous. What a wonderful old house. It has so much to offer. Beautiful features like the cozy area ~Light Is Born. What a great house this could be with all those wide windows. How could anyone part with such a relaxing Atmosphere. Is it for Sale? Your shot Dying Roses is another quality shot. This set is one of my favorites from you. Spectacular!

As far as I know, owner did buy near mansion and this did come with it. I'm not sure if this it true, but it could be anyway. Really sad anyway, 110 year old villa built by that Finnish painter. Still most impressive detail from it's history is that probably Finland's most well known poet, Eino Leino (1878–1926) did spent at least one night passed out on those stairs. I don't know why, but that makes history come real close for me. Cheers!

Oh, thank you sooo much! ^^ I've wonder if anything have changed with that new lense or if everything have gone even worst, but at least I'm loving this "now I have real readon for all places again" thing! And your comment gives more fuel to this flame.

Yeah, especially that villa is so amazing! I still wish that I someday will have enough time and power (in my camera) to spent whole day there... would be so nice to listen it's tales and let shadows move on the floors. Anyway, let's hope it will be open still at next spring; it seems that I've finally find model that got the style fit in (to my imagination of that place) and which even more amazing, seem to be willing to be photograph! Even I still am thinking that these places are best without humans... I really wait that (to see am I able to photograph humans and will those results fit to my dreams how I see that place with people). Really clear text above.

Thank you so much! And what comes to snow, I suppose not anymore: +2 and rain whole day - not snow at all.

Kabbalah is an undramatic tradition that requires great patience and stability. One of the reasons for this tempo is that everyone has to mature his potential gradually and thoroughly at his natural pace. In this way his life's work unfolds at the right moment in his own and the cosmos's time.
