Work, work, work… and rain, rain and even more rain. So when there have been maybe two “hey, today it doesn’t rain!” days at weekends in last month, I have try to get some autumn mood to photos too. These are from two weekends and two locations, both seem before.

Turning to Gray:

Landscape Inside:

Red and Green:

Soon It Will Be Gone:

That Sauna:

When Gravity Fails:

That was that first location... and then to next one; this was my third visit to there... this time at sunday afternoon.

Let the Autumn Light In:

When Light Did Dance on the Wall:

That Colorful Kitchen Corner:

And Then The Time Did Stop:

Oh Mirror, Show Me The Past and Show Me The Future:

Slow Moments:

Looking from the Past:

Sharp Touch of a Afternoon Sun:

Warm Tone of a Cold Sunlight:

Since October 1993 (Says Calendar on the Wall):

Autumn Oblivion:

Another Ending Place:

-----

And then to traditional off-topic-bonus-picture. Bit hard, because lack of time and weather... but still we did have "horses and humans" photographing session part two at last weekend. It was raining with hard wind and it was damned cold (just +7 Celsius) so I have to praise stamina of that girl - spot the bare feet!

That's all... before the next adventures. Stay warm.

Those exterior house shots are nicely done, then red color of the wood contrasts well with the thick woods behind it. Also #6, really sweet lighting in that pic. Windows in a dark room are probably the coolest thing to shoot with for some dramatic lighting shots.

Loving the colors in this set. The pink curtains, the stripes, and the rooms lit by the sun. Interesting decay too! Is it just me or does anyone else think the rotting papers on the red sofa-chair in ~Soon It Will Be Gone~ Looks like a dead decaying dog !?!?

Off-Topic is Beautiful! That girl in the RED velvet dress on top of that healthy horse is Gorgeous! Looks like a Fairytale with a happy ending

These are so nice, wow. I think 7, 15, and 17 are my favorites if I counted correctly. The lighting and colors are really pleasing to the eye. Seems peaceful

A very nice set, Wolfheart
I especially like the first one; a stone cold keeper.
And the girl and her fancy stepping horse

Just when I thought I was out... they pulled me back in.

So many abandoned houses in Finland. I can only think of one other person I've seen showing these to the world and I prefer your personal approach to detail and the left behind relics of the owners. Great explore and photos as always.

Thank you so much! And what comes to off-topic shot, wait for winter; then will be next shooting session, and hopefully something winter-fantasy kind of style. At least I'm waiting it already.

Yeah, I suppose it all come from history; after second world war there did appear many small farms. Then, 60's and 70's people did start to move into cities... and of course lately old people still at countryside have start to die. And this doesn't mean that countryside wouldn't still be living - it is, but many small farms have gone.

Anyway, you should check photos by Kai fagerström (and Heikki Willamo). They did few years ago book together, absolutely amazing project where they did photograph animals in abandoned (Finnish) houses. That truly was something really different. And even more amazing, Fagerström did call me few months ago asking if I would be interested to make project together; now it seems that one publisher might be interested. No animals included, and I still can't believe this would ever become true, but... it maybe might. Oops, I probably shouldn't have tell this but... hey, it can't come true, never ever and this was only between me and you so... who cares.
