i gotta say, i've really been striking gold lately with researching/scouting.
hours of research can really pay off.

here's an old engine manufacturer somewhere in wisconsin. not much history can be given without giving away the location, unfortunately.

parts of this mammoth plant apparently date all the way back to the 1890's. it's been sitting mostly vacant since 2007. it's time may be limited, though.
the building seems to largely remain untouched, other than a couple areas with graffiti. while most of the production spaces are empty, the majority of the offices are still full of cubicles and desks!
these pictures do this place no justice.
