	I traveled a few countries in Europe last month. It was my first time overseas and it was a lot of fun. While in Belgium, I had the privilege of being toured around a few abandoned locations by a local police officer who also enjoyed exploring. Best quote ever: "Don't make too much noise! We were staying in the village of my wife's friend, and her brother was a police officer. He was off-duty at the time. When I told him about my hobby, he was excited to show me some places. He told me they get calls often from the land owners and they regularly have to ask people to leave the property. Off duty though, he didn't mind some harmless exploration

There's a few more pics on my Flickr album. I really wish I could have spent a month in Belgium. There were so many amazing locations to explore and so little time, it was driving me crazy.

	would say Belgium is the exploring capital of the world so much dereliction you trip over places . You had fun that's all that matters

Belgium is one of the best places in Europe to explore - the country is so small yet you are literally falling over things to shoot. There are certain areas where you can do five or six things in and around one small town, then drive ten minutes to the next town and do it all again.
