I stumbled into this location the past week. A cluster of industrial buildings near the White Mountains with a strange mini nativity scene inside and a bucket load of ticks!

You don't know how right you are. I had somehow forgotten the headlamp I always keep in my bag, and was going to go down into it, until I heard some movements that echoed. It looked to be a long hallway that ran under the building possibly to another outbuilding where more stairs led down into a partly flooded area.
