	What an unusual site! In most abandoned places that get posted, it looks like there is a lot more pervasive damage throughout--holes in walls, rotten wood and furniture, and so forth--but in many of these photos the place looks so...preserved. In some shots, it seems like the graffiti is the only indicator that someone isn't going to be coming home soon. Great pictures all the way around!

Usually, when a location is more damaged or derelict it's because of factors like bad weather, or trespassers carelessly damaging the place. My guess is this area hasn't had much of either.

	I never tire of seeing your awesome captures macgruder. This place is so photogenic. The windows are lovely and provide such terrific lighting. I bet the residents that once lived here enjoyed the airy atmosphere. I can imagine they were happy here. Not a bad pic in the bunch. That pepto-pink and lime bathroom is something else.
	A place of Mystery is Always worth a curiosity trip!

	Number 1 with the piano in good condition contrasting the peeling paint is one of the most beautiful shots I've ever seen
