Looking to upgrade my current camera and I've been looking at the 70D/80D, 6D, or a sony A7ii. I'm about 50/50 when it comes to photos and videos and would like to see what your guys thoughts are and maybe some other cameras I should look at. (Note: I have two FF lenses already for canon including 2 crop lenses.)

I'd stick with Canon since you got the lens and are familiar with the cams/software.
Sony is well... rotten to the core, no nice way to say it. Best to avoid that corporation's products altogether. I dealt with them extensively and it wasn't pretty or professional what I saw and learned about them and their products.
You've been warned...

Get to know one of the saleman at B&H, the best place to buy cam gear.
Canon has some excellent tech support as well. They were extremely helpful and provide great support.

I definitely agree with that. That was the one thing scaring me, customer service and also the fact that its not fully proven its self in the market.. yes the specs sound amazing but still don't compare to DSLR's. What are your thoughts between the 70/80d vs 6D?

I haven't researched them at all.
Not in the market.
Procam bodies tend to be better shooters for a number of reasons. A used one in good condition is another option.
Take your time and read as much as possible before you decide.
