This was the final location I managed to squeeze in on my latest intercontinental adventure.

This narrowly missed out on being my favourite spot of the trip, had I not seen so much amazing stuff beforehand this would have easily been up there.

The decay in this place is incredible and covers all the different stages from not much at all, through tagged up mess to full on collapsed areas. It's up there with the most dangerous places I've explored because a lot of the time you have no idea if the area you are walking on will be OK, the tiles hide a multitude of rotten floorboards and whilst there are obviously dodgy areas to avoid you've still got to be really careful!

In an ironic twist we struck out at every single location we tried after this one, so this was indeed the final place on my sixth American adventure.

The harsh contrast between the pristine and the ruined is incredible. #4 made me very uneasy. Another fantastic set in this batch, this is why I get excited when you start posting.

@#17, how does that even happen?

#4 is trippy; makes my head kinda hurt trying to make it right! I really like your posts!

I've grown to love this place too and it looks like you made it to some parts I've not seen on past trips. The floors are certainly a waiting death trap as you say!

I love this place! I've been in the building from pictures 21, 22, & 23 but I haven't seen the building where the first few pictures were taken! When I went a few weeks ago they had workers testing for chemicals in one of the buildings, and one of the security guards who was pretty friendly and he told me they are planning to tear some of it down this summer

You are really getting around and we LOVE it! Thank You! # 2 keeps me stretching my neck to see what lies below. # 4 Looks like the Door to Doom and is a favorite...one of mine too! 17 is just too cool with the buckled, rotted floor, and the look over to all the rooms lined up in a row.

Spot on
I like #1&2 a lot. Nothing like a big whole in the floor to give it that lived in feel.
How do all those ceiling tiles stay up there?
Someday soon they will be floor tiles...
