I was staying at a hotel in La Crosse, WI when this beauty was the view from my hotel room. The roof was definitely deteriorating but upon exploration, I noticed some mild attempts at patching holes, though the building itself stood empty and many windows were broken.

This was my second true exploration, I understand photos aren't fantastic but the area was traffic heavy.

Those photos are not that bad actually, good job on your 2nd explore now looking at that gate, even I could squeeze through that one!

Thank you so much! Yeah, the building seemed pretty easy to get into actually - lot's of broken windows you could slip through and the gate seemed pretty flimsy. I was anxious since it was surrounded by roads and several people drove up and actually stopped to watch what I was doing taking photos of the place. I was also alone so I didn't want to get stuck haha.
I really loved the pipes protruding from the building to get a glimpse inside.

I'm getting ready to explore two abandoned houses near me but I want to have a team with me for those (we have a drug problem here and I'd rather not bust into a drug house haha).
