Lame day trip

Took the day off work to go check out a few spots I had been putting off. Ended up not getting into any of the spots I really wanted, 2 hotels and a hospital. Well, one of the hotels had some ground level businesses. All but one was closed. The lady in the office gave me a brief tour of the lobby and ballroom, but didn't want me to take any photos. It was in decent shape as it had been previously used for events.

Some small random stops...

That shot of the radio is cool. Hate to hear your other locations didn't turn out.

Beautiful shots! Love the black and white. Not a lame trip at all!

I don't think these are lame at all. That love seat with the fancy curved wooden feet is an awesome piece. I would love to have that redone....You don't see these anymore. That cobwebby stereo combo is great. Your B&W's go without saying > everyone here is noticing how cool they are.

I love the photo of the statue with his head sitting upon the cassette recorder. Was there a tape in there? I always am curious like that

Looks like there's still a 45 on that player! And the black and white photo looking up the ladder is excellent.

That's nowhere near lame! I really like #6 and #7, the black and white really adds to the forlorn feeling.

If this is a lame trip, I would love to see what a good one looked like.

Awesome pictures! Love that old school bus.
